RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in un-used, un-worn condition, in original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for any return inquiry’s  

If we notice any sign of wear we will not be able to accept or refund your return. We are a small business and are not able to take returns unless your items are in un-used condition. We do not take returns past 30 days. Under a case by case basis we could offer in store credit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at madsenlabel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SHIPPING POLICY 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND ORDER?

Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand I am a small business and am doing everything for you personally. We aren't perfect, but we will do our best to get each order out as soon as possible. Due to high demand and many orders this could take slightly longer to process your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

First Class Mail:  We offer a flat rate of $3.99 standard shipping on every order, 2-7 business days. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

IN-STORE PICK UP OPTIONS

You can skip the wait and get your items faster with free local pickup at 4026 E 136 N, RIGBY IDAHO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pick up.

You will be able to drive by and pick up your items in our Madsen Label Mail Box.
